-
Are you wanting to challenge yourself and set personal goals?
-
Or are you just in need of a break from the day-to-day grind of life and keen to share quality time with a small group of fabulous women?
If you answered yes to any of these, then this retreat maybe just what you need!
Susan will show you the tools to help release past pain, provide you with clear strategies to help you deal with life's challenges, and show you how changing your mindset can lead to a happier life.
Susan will help you to reconnect with your true self, and work with you to gain a better understanding of what truly motivates you. During the retreat, you will be challenged to step outside of your comfort zone and set new goals, and in doing so, build self-confidence and self-belief.
The retreats in Bali incorporate a mixture of workshops, journaling and fun activities. There will also be an element of sightseeing.
At the conclusion of the retreat, we hope you feel cleansed, nurtured, challenged and uplifted.
Bali holds a special place in Susan's heart, as she was living in Ubud when she wrote her book "The Girl Who Lived". She says that putting her life down on paper was a rewarding and healing experience and she would now like to share this special part of the world with others!

Where is the resort located? Our priviate Bali resort is situated in a jungle-clad river gorge 9km from Canggu. It is close to the village of Cepaka in Bali’s Tabanan Regency, known as Bali’s ‘rice bowl’ due to its vast terraced rice fields. This quaint village bordering the Penet River is a rare example of a traditional Balinese community untouched by tourism and the rapid development to the south of the island. The property is just 12 kilometres away from Tanah Lot sea temple while the nearest surf beaches, including Echo Beach, are about eight kilometres from the villa.

Can I extend my stay?Susan will endeavour to extend your stay where possible. Please speak personally with Susan about your requirements. Please note, airport transfers are only included when arriving/departing at the commencement/conclusion of the retreat.
